Kevin is a strategic facilitator, consultant, and Co-Founder of NYC Meeting Facilitators and co-author of Fire the Foosball Table. He works with leadership teams, nonprofits, government agencies, and Fortune 100 companies on high-stakes retreats, strategic planning, and organizational alignment. Kevin brings decades of real-world experience from across industries and is known for helping people navigate complex workplace dynamics with clarity and confidence. He's formerly a professional saxophonist, an amateur poet, husband, father, and recreational activity enthusiast.

Bryan Horvath

Bryan Horvath

Co-Founder and Principal, Nonprofit Velocity

For nearly 30 years, Bryan Horvath has been a leader in the nonprofit sector after having engineered Cadillacs for GM, toured 45 states as the front man of a rock band, launched an indie record label, licensed his own inventions, and become a semi-pro cake decorator. Along with Kevin, he is co-author of Fire the Foosball Table.As a long-time executive director for an international arts organization, he grew a small operation to a global movement by connecting vision to strategy, and strategy to action. He has advised executive leadership, boards, and trustees domestically and internationally, lectured for MBA programs, and led nonprofit incubators. He's a father, husband, baker of cakes, and maker of wooden furniture.
